Trump will not end progressive agenda or drain the swamp.
The election of Donald Trump was a godsend to the Church because it may hinder further actions against Christians for four more years. Even so, I do not expect the Trump administration to hinder the progressive slide toward globalism, socialism, debauchery and violence. I also do not expect Trump to drain the swamp.
President Trump will find out very soon that saying you are going to do something and getting it done are two different things.
The Democratic Party is not going to go along with Trump’s agenda and those Republicans that hate Trump are not likely to go along with Trump’s agenda either. If “progressives” (I get a little tired of thought police hijacking words – progressives are degressive socialists that do not like being called what they are – they are Marxists) can make Trump to be a failed President, they can completely take over America in 2021.
These “progressives” (socialistic fascists) still control most of the media and the public fool indoctrination system. The “progressives ” (aka Marxists) have already successful brainwashed half of our nation.
The “progressives” (control freaks) running some states, most cities and the local indoctrination systems are not going to just go away just because Trump is in office. Those that push the global “progressive” agenda are going to go all out to destroy Trump or destroy the expectations of conservatives.
Christians and conservatives should not be confused. Donald Trump is neither a true Christian nor is he a true conservative. When the heat is on, Trump is not likely to have the will to stand for positions that he really is indifferent about. Trump is more pragmatic than conservative. He will compromise, if that accomplishes anything of value for him.
The “progressives” (malcontents) will promote and carry out radical demonstrations and the “progressive” (Fabian socialist) controlled MSM will continue to create false news stories to keep the programmed population of America in an emotional frenzy. Every time Trump tries to get something through Congress or proposes an executive order, the lies will be all over the airwaves and the socialist useful idiots will be marching and chanting lying slogans in the streets.
America is very divided. One half of America voters voted for Obama twice and also for Hillary in 2016. How do you change all these programmed and dumbed down minds without educating and deprogramming them? You can’t. Functionally insane people are not just going to suddenly become rational and enlightened.
God gave them over to a reprobate mind (Romans One). These people will not suddenly embrace morals when Trump takes office. They will attempt to cause every insanity imaginable and MSM will be egging them on.
The deck is completely stacked against Trump. The only way Trump can be successful is to be authoritarian. He needs to crack down on the criminals and the domestics enemies of America. Domestic enemies in Washington and elsewhere need to be removed from positions of authority. Some need to go to jail. Programmed useful idiots have been told that Trump would become like Hitler, so any authoritarianism display by Trump would bring riots in the streets and calls for impeachment. Nevertheless, Trump must be authoritarian or he will not be able to accomplish any restoration.
Trump really is in a no win situation. The “progressive” (thought police) media controls the narrative. He should have known that going in. If Trump goes against the “progressive” agenda, they will demonize everything he does. If Trump does compromise, he will lose his supporters and he will not be the republican nominee in 2020.
If Trump does not stop the alien invasion, no republican will be elected President for decades. If Trump does stop the alien invasion, the “progressives” will work together to demonize Trump and “progressive” legislatures will seek to impeach him for any perceived infraction of the law. Even if Trump compromises, the main stream media would just throw that back in Trump’s face in 2020.
If Trump plays their game, The “progressives” will use Trump to accomplish their agenda more than even Hillary could have done. That is because Trump will be blamed for all the national ills that the socialists created. If Trump appeases the “progressives”, by his third year in office, many of the supporters of Trump will say that they were duped and that Trump had been a “progressive” plant all along. That will not be true, but such conspiracy theories are not hard to predict. Then in 2021 all resistant to the “progressive” agenda will be smashed.
If the government bureaucrats even get the idea that Trump will be stopped, they will stonewall until Trump is out of office believing that the “progressive” agenda will soon return. Trump must hit the bureaucrats hard with everything he can. One of Trump’s first priorities should be to end group think in government. Group think in government began under Al Gore’s “reinventing government” program (the Chinese communist model). Next, Trump needs to consolidate or close many government offices. Allowing early retirement for federal government employees in high positions would be a smart option. Finally, Trump needs to offer incentives for government employees to be innovative.
Obama will continue to be the voice of the Democratic Party. In fact, Obama will be in the news as much as Trump. Everything Trump says or does will be critiqued by the former President using the “progressive” MSM thought control pulpit. Obama will be the “progressive” media’s alternative President. Trump could stop that by ordering his Attorney General to prosecute all those in the Obama administration that were carrying out illegal activity. America cannot be fixed without going down that road, but I sincerely doubt that Trump will do it.
If you have been brainwashed to believe that Obama did not do anything illegal, read this article the facts say differently. And that article does not cover the half of it. Not that brain-dead Obama supporters care anything about the facts or the lawless agenda of Obama.
On immigration, Trump will get some border agents, some vetting and maybe some of the wall. On the other hand, he will also pass some sort of amnesty bill for most illegals living here now.
On health care, Republican will pass changes, but the biggest change will be in the name. The republican program will not fix the broken health care system. Most of the programs will remain firmly under the control of the government and insurance mafia. (Health care needs to be mostly under the control of those seeking it and the medical providers.)
On economics, Trump will get some early tax cuts, but if there is any kind of balanced budget amendment or congressional agreements there will have to be large spending cuts and tax increases down the line.
On jobs, early policies will create some jobs but is that sustainable?
On the Supreme Court, Trump may get one conservative judge approved by the Senate to replace Scalia but if a “progressive” judge dies or retires Trump will not get a second conservative judge. (Senators worry too much about appearances. They will appease the MSM.)
On foreign policy, Trump will not get what he wants on China or on tariffs. He will sign trade agreements and say they are a good deal. Good deals are in the eyes of the beholder.
On religious and moral values, nothing will change for the better in this nation.
Some other issues will mostly get kicked down the road.
By 2020, if Trump is still in office, he will realize that he cannot win again and will not run again. Mike Pence or Mitt Romney probably will be the Republican nominee in 2020. The nominee will get clobbered by anyone that the Democrats dredge up out of the swamp. That of course can only happen if Trump does not drain the swamp by putting a lot of well deserving people in jail
I wish that I could be more positive, but I do not see it. In order for Trump to be an effective President, he would have to really drain the swamp. That means prosecuting Obama and Hillary and reversing all the lawless government orders of the Obama administration.
Draining the swamp will take risking riots in order to enforce the laws of the land. It means putting those that promote social unrest and hatred in jail It also means holding MSM media accountable for the lies that they publish. Draining the swamp means prosecuting all the career criminal domestic enemies of America.
Draining the swamp is difficult to do when that swamp can remove you from office. Trump can try and lose and be removed, or he can try and win and bring about civil insurrection. Like I said, Trump is in a no win situation. Most big city people are already programmed. Rational rural people and programmed city slickers are not going to agree on much of anything.
Trump could resort to using the authoritarian card but his need to be loved would probably prevent him from playing that card. Trump can become authoritarian only because the American military will be with him. It is not wrong to call in the military to restore law and order. After dealing with radicals that are promoting the overthrow of our republic, he can deal with the drug gangs of the inner cities and crush their hold on our society as well.
You can have an authoritarian leader like they have in the Philippines that really tries to drain the swamp, or you can have a person that just tries to survive office. You cannot have real democracy when half the population is already brainwashed and a significant percentage is criminal. You cannot have a democratic republic based on the rule of law when domestic enemies of the republic control half the minds.
If we had a special forces fighting man in office, I think we might get the type of leader necessary to drain the swam and stop the far left globalist agenda. However, a business man and reality show actor is not likely to risk his own neck, fame and fortune to get the job done. I could be wrong. He does have the military to back him if he wants to risk playing the trump card. Without the authoritarian card, I don’t see a successful Presidency happening. In any case, we will find out soon enough. What do you think?
